Il permet de dresser les besoins de d\u00e9veloppement et la progression r\u00e9alis\u00e9e de fa\u00e7on objective.<\/p>\n<h2>Des comp\u00e9tences g\u00e9n\u00e9riques qui \u00e9voluent<\/h2>\n<p>Une \u00e9tude scientifique longitudinale r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en 2012 aupr\u00e8s de 623 personnes qui ont compl\u00e9t\u00e9 notre test, sur un intervalle moyen d\u2019un an et demi, a d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que ces comp\u00e9tences peuvent \u00e9voluer et que certaines peuvent m\u00eame aider \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper d\u2019autres comp\u00e9tences g\u00e9n\u00e9riques.
