The field of work counseling brings a lot of challenges. The clientele I work with are mainly adults from all horizons (newcomers, native-born Quebecers, Canadians, etc.). This nourishes a beautiful complexity throughout the intervention.<\/p>

AFC Holland is a wonderful psychometric tool. The results allow the client to confirm one self\u2019s perception, which is very positive in the exploration trajectory. This validation of one\u2019s professional identity, which is very unclear at the beginning of the process, has been observed to contribute to positive outcomes (better self-understanding of one\u2019s experience and trajectory). The comments received by clients are always positive. They really feel like the evaluation reflects their profile. This is a powerful leverage tool to open vocational exploration horizons. More so, its visual aspect makes it user-friendly, and the clients appreciate the reading. It also enables to develop a better understanding of trades and occupations by matching them with the RIASEC profile.<\/p>
