I work mainly with people with functional limitations<\/p><p>Sometimes, their interests no longer correspond to their reality. At that point, it&#8217;s interesting to see where their self-perceived competence lies, in order to broaden the possibilities for career exploration. The test gives us a deeper understanding of the client&#8217;s functioning in terms of personality, aspirations and what would make them happy in a job.<\/p><p>Chaque fois que j\u2019ai interpr\u00e9t\u00e9 les r\u00e9sultats du test, les clients se sont reconnus. J\u2019ai rencontr\u00e9 des clients qui me disaient que tous les tests qu\u2019ils avaient pass\u00e9s n\u2019avaient donn\u00e9 aucun r\u00e9sultat et qu\u2019ils \u00e9taient sceptiques face \u00e0 la passation de ce test. Ces individus sont rest\u00e9s surpris des r\u00e9sultats pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s et, lors de notre interpr\u00e9tation, ils se sont enfin sentis compris.
