\u00ab Apr\u00e8s plus de 300 utilisations aupr\u00e8s de jeunes adultes de niveau coll\u00e9gial, l\u2019outil AFC Holland est tr\u00e8s appr\u00e9ci\u00e9, car il permet notamment d\u2019aborder les int\u00e9r\u00eats de l\u2019\u00e9tudiant, en plus d\u2019\u00e9valuer sa propre perception de ses comp\u00e9tences et aptitudes, tout en explorant sa personnalit\u00e9 et ses besoins en emploi. Les domaines professionnels sont \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s utiles, car ils permettent de d\u00e9mystifier les int\u00e9r\u00eats personnels des int\u00e9r\u00eats professionnels et donnent des pistes d\u2019emploi potentielles \u00e0 approfondir avec le client. Cette \u00e9tape peut m\u00eame permettre \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tudiant de d\u00e9couvrir de nouveaux domaines d\u2019\u00e9tudes qu\u2019il n\u2019aurait pas imagin\u00e9s autrement.<\/p>

In addition to using the test for individual guidance, I also use it as part of the guidance approach with 1st-year CEGEP students in various technical programs such as childhood education, civil engineering, forestry, special education, etc., to help them get to know themselves better, identify their strengths and weaknesses, and raise their awareness of their choice of study program and\/or career. This process of reflection helps them match their profile of interests and aptitudes with the qualities and characteristics sought in their chosen trade, so that they can identify the strengths they can exploit in their future employment, but also the elements they need to develop further to better meet the requirements of the targeted trade.<\/p>

The AFC Holland team is always available when we have questions and is very open to suggestions, while continually improving the quality of their psychometric tools to meet users’ needs. Our experience with the test and our opinion are taken into consideration, which is very enriching and gratifying as a professional.<\/p>
