The AFC Holland test is very relevant for people who know little about themselves, who have never really questioned their interests, and who have some difficulty naming who they are and what they like.
The content of the test enables customers to think in depth. Firstly, it helps them identify and validate their interests. Secondly, the self-perceived competence scales increase their self-confidence, as they realize that they feel able to accomplish certain types of tasks, and this makes them proud. Finally, the other scales enable us to better identify certain personality traits.
Test results enable us to build a relationship of trust and credibility with our customers. My participants like to have concrete results, and the language used in the questionnaire and the contents of the report are simple, easy to understand and relatable.They therefore appreciate the personalized interpretations and explanations provided in the detailed report. What's more, they easily recognize and identify with the results provided. As a result, they often and easily make connections between the results and examples in their lives.
The AFC Psychometric Tests team places great importance on creating and developing tests that have a high level of fidelity and validity, while meeting our needs. What's more, the team is available, generous, efficient and fast, which increases my interest in using the test.
