Training That Transforms Client Guidance
Read testimonials from career and school guidance counselors who have completed our training. Discover how the AFC Holland test and the skills they acquired have improved their ability to assist clients in making informed educational and career decisions.
The four profiles, based on the RIASEC typology, are presented in a way that highlights the nuances between professional interests, sense of competence, personality traits, and workplace happiness. The test’s interpretation report, both detailed and accessible, fosters meaningful discussions with clients, helping them clarify or confirm their preferences related to professional fields.
By the end of the training, numerous role-playing scenarios demonstrate how to communicate the interpretation report while actively involving the client in their process. I also want to thank the team for being so approachable and supportive with any questions following the training. A big thank you!"

When I discovered Philippe Chevrette’s AFC Holland test, I immediately connected with its approach and results.
However, I lacked the proper training to develop deeper expertise.
This training day provided me with all the necessary knowledge to effectively use the test and interpret results for my clients.
The morning session covered theoretical aspects, followed by an afternoon dedicated to analyzing multiple practical cases. The trainer answered our questions with clarity.
I highly recommend this training to career assessment professionals—it provides valuable expertise and professional insight. A real asset!"
