AFC Holland is a wonderful psychometric tool. The results allow the client to confirm one self’s perception, which is very positive in the exploration trajectory. This validation of one’s professional identity, which is very unclear at the beginning of the process, has been observed to contribute to positive outcomes (better self-understanding of one’s experience and trajectory). The comments received by clients are always positive. They really feel like the evaluation reflects their profile. This is a powerful leverage tool to open vocational exploration horizons.
