“I completed the training on the AFC Holland (RIASEC) test, and I found it absolutely fascinating. It gave me a deeper understanding of personality types and how they relate to career choices. The explanations were clear, practical, and directly applicable in a professional setting, especially for career transitions or skills assessments.
An insightful training that I highly recommend to anyone looking to expand their knowledge of this model!”

“The day went by very quickly! Our trainer is attentive and shares her experience in a very relevant way. The test is very user-friendly and easy to use: it will be a valuable additional tool for supporting my clients’ skills assessments. In order to offer a service that truly meets the needs of the people I support, I was looking for reliable, recognised and regularly updated tools, and that is certainly the case here. I suggest taking the free test before the training course to gain a better understanding of how it works, which I did not do.”

We conduct training and conferences for professional associations and organizations. Additionally, we offer 90-minute presentations in university psychometrics courses for students in career counseling and psychology.
Qualification Requirements by Region
In Quebec, individuals who wish to independently use the AFC Holland test must have a Type B qualification. This requires at least a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 45 hours of university coursework in psychometrics or measurement and evaluation. If you do not meet these criteria, you can still use the test with a supervision agreement from a certified career counselor, psychologist, or psychoeducator. Please let us know if you need assistance, and we will provide a template for the agreement to facilitate discussion and formalization.
Regulations in France, Belgium, and Switzerland
In France, Belgium, and Switzerland, a Type B qualification is not necessary. However, in France, you must provide your company’s SIREN or SIRET number, while in Belgium, you need to supply your nine-digit company number. If you are not self-employed, you must also provide the name and website of your employer. Eligibility requires you to work in the field of education and career guidance. Additionally, in France and Belgium, training is mandatory unless you possess an ADELI number (specific to France).
