«I particularly enjoyed the one-day training course (European version) on AFC Holland's RIASEC test, led by Bernadette Crepel, a highly skilled trainer. Although I was already familiar with the test, her clear and accessible explanations helped me to better understand certain aspects and shed light on some gray areas.

The training was interactive and punctuated by numerous concrete cases and real-life examples, thus facilitating the appropriation of the tool and the interpretation of the results. I didn't think that in a single day we could acquire such a precise and operational vision of the test!

Using AFC Holland's RIASEC test in my career counseling sessions with young people and adults undergoing career transitions, I am convinced of its relevance as a basis for discussion to explore their motivations and refine their choices.
