“The AFC Holland psychometric test has been part of my day-to-day practice for several years, and every time I use it, I see that the results really strike a chord with the client I share them with.

Firstly, I would say that the greatest value added of AFC Holland is the fact that its use greatly simplifies exploration of the world of work or training. The occupational fields that are suggested in the report are realistic and relatable, and the list of associated occupations facilitates informed decision-making on options that really correspond to the user’s interests and personality.

Now, as I’m lucky enough to work with a diverse clientele (helping professionals, managers, people with disabilities and/or accidents, etc.), I’ve noticed that AFC Holland can suit a wide variety of people, while remaining as relevant as ever.

What’s more, the computerized report is easy to use and allows the client to be autonomous and active in his or her career guidance or development process.

I’d like to point out that my entire team uses this psychometric test. Before joining my team, my colleagues had never worked with this test. I’ve found that it’s easy to integrate into your practice, and the training on how to use it is accessible, which means that any qualified practitioner can get up and running quickly.

In summary, I would recommend AFC Holland to anyone involved in personal and career development, both for its very practical and hands-on approach, and for its simplicity and direct link to the world of work and training.”
