Sometimes, their interests no longer correspond to their reality. At that point, it’s interesting to see where their self-perceived competence lies, in order to broaden the possibilities for career exploration. The test gives us a deeper understanding of the client’s functioning in terms of personality, aspirations and what would make them happy in a job.

Every time I have interpreted the test results, clients have recognised themselves in them. I have met clients who told me that all the tests they had taken had yielded no results and that they were sceptical about taking this one. These individuals were surprised by the results presented and, during our interpretation session, they finally felt understood. I recommend this test to all career and school counsellors, as it is more comprehensive than a classical interests test!”
